6MW Solar Farm Project in Victoria

Project Overview: Located in the heart of Victoria, this ambitious solar project delivers 4.8 MWAC of clean, renewable energy. With a total DC capacity of 6.16 MW, the project harnesses the power of 11,172 state-of-the-art photovoltaic (PV) modules. These modules, supported by a single-axis tracking system, dynamically follow the sun’s trajectory, maximizing energy capture throughout the day. The project is now fully constructed and is currently undergoing commissioning.

Technical Specifications:

  • PV Modules: 11,172 (7,638 LONGI LR5-72HBD-550M and 3,534 LONGI LR5-72HBD-555M)
  • Inverters: 2 SMA MVPS 2475-S2
  • Grid Connection: Connected at the distribution level to the AusNet 22 kV network
  • Project Capacity: 4.8 MWAC / 6.16 MWDC
